General Motors India and Reva end partnership
Karl Slym, President and Managing Director of General Motors India operations, said on 27th May that the partnership with electric car company Reva has ended.
It is worth noting here that General Motors India and Reva entered into a partnership last year to develop electric cars in India, including an electric version of the Chevrolet Spark.

General Motors has ended a partnership with electric car company Reva, President and Managing Director of India operations Karl Slym said on Thursday.
The announcement follows Indian utility vehicles maker Mahindra & Mahindra’s deal on Wednesday to acquire a 55 percent stake in Reva.
Reva Electric Car Company had entered into an agreement with General Motors India last year to develop electric cars in the country, including an electric version of the Chevrolet Spark.
This move came after the recent acquisition of Reva by Mahindra & Mahindra, a move in which Mahindra & Mahindra acquired a 55 percent stake in Reva.
